Detail about us

Having sung in the local community for 60 years, we are passionate about singing and have a repertoire which is ever-changing to meet members’ and audience’s tastes.  Don’t let our longevity fool you: we sing equal quantities of current popular music, together with a few old favourites.  In fact, we are far from old fashioned! Our repertoire includes everything from The Beatles, Leonard Cohen, Andrew Lloyd Webber,  Cole Porter to Adele and Take That.

We also regularly acquire new music for the choir to learn as well performing pieces many of the choir are familiar with. Recent purchases include ‘City of Stars’ from the film La La Land  (2016) and ‘A Million Dreams’ from the film The Greatest Showman (2017).

And we don’t have the word “Fellowship” included in our name for nothing! We are the friendliest choir in Solihull: we are not a business venture, our committee is entirely voluntary and our officers do not take a salary.  Instead, we pride ourselves in our community nature and our inclusiveness.  We believe anyone can sing and welcome you to come along and sing with us.
